I've decided to embrace my inability tojust have one project going. So I've been working a little on four, and made quite a progress.
1. Started the next skirt-piece of the embroidered polonaise. Then I've just have the back left before I can sew it together.
2. Sewn all but one boning channel on my panniers. Then I just have to hem it and insert the boning.
3. Assembled the Regency stays and started to sew in the gussets in the lining.
4. Finished boning the pirate bodice and started making the lacing holes.
Pictures of my progress:

Pirate bodice. As this is a fun project, and not aimed to be 100% period, the understructure is made out of black denim- though I turned it so the grey side shows. It will be covered in yellow silk. I will either hide the lacing holes with a placket, or oversew them. Before I cut the silk I need to fit out the shoulderpiece. When that'll happen I have no idea, as I need to have help to get into it.

Regency stays. White linen. I may edge it with beige or pale blue ribbons, and then have some matching embroideries on the front, inspired of stays in the Taschen book.
So you see, I haven't been so idle!
