Sewing and BPAL
Jan. 6th, 2007 09:57 pmI'm working away on my various projects, but thay all seems to be in dull stages, not much fit to show off. I hope to finnsih my pannier tomorrow, though. I've also about to sew the boning channels on the Regecny stays, and the lacing holes on my corded early 16th century stays.
Several people on my f-lists, both here and elswhere, has been talking very warmly about BPAL. So now I'm about to order some samples. Does anyone has any good advice for tryouts? I generally suit well in perfum with vanilla and ambra, but most florals make me stink like cat's piss. Yes, truly. BPAL's site is very nice, but a wee bit overwheling for a newbie.
